General Practice Extended Hours Service

This service provides patients with GP and Nurse appointments, blood tests and physio assessments outside of core general practice hours.  Monday to Friday 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Saturdays & Sundays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Bank Holidays 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  To make an appointment call 0300 123 7743.  The phone line is operational from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM seven days a week.  For further information and areas this service is available select Extended Hours from our side menu.

 

Fountains Surgery Times

The Practice is open from 08:00am till 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

The telephone is often busy early in the morning; therefore if your call is not for an appointment, please call later in the day. Patients are seen by appointment only.

Dr Angelika Stephenson, Dr Jaswinder Walker-Baker and Dr Oliver Jackson are salaried GPs employed by the practice.

Dr Lowrie (M):  Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday AM & PM Clinics, Thursday PM Clinic

Dr McNutt (F): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday AM & PM Clinics

(Please note that Dr McNutt has a Diabetic Clinic on Tuesday AM and Chester Lodge Friday AM)

Dr Snowden (M):  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday AM & PM Clinics

(Please note that Dr Snowden may be unavailable on various Friday Clinics due to minor surgery appointments)

Dr Magrath (M):  Monday, Wednesday, Friday AM & PM Clinics and Thursday AM

Dr Stephenson (F):  Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday AM Clinics

Dr Jackson (M):  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday AM & PM Clinics
